Vehicle Wraps
We design, print and install many different types of vehicle wraps. We can wrap anything from golf carts to semi trailers. Our in-house graphic artist will work with you to develop your own custom design for your business or personal vehicle. We are Fellers Certified and we were originally trained by 3M in October of 2006. We use 3M products for all of our wrap projects. For most of our vehicle wrap projects we use 3M IJ180Cv3 with 3M 8580 laminate. 3M in our opinion, is the best on the market.
Billboards
We print several different types of billboards including vinyl wraps, paper, and eco flex. We print all traditional sizes of billboards and we can print custom sizes as well.
Banners
We print our banners on a 13 ounce white gloss banner material. We can do banners 2 different ways. We can hem them with banner tape (recommended for indoor or temporary use) or the banners can be sewn with reinforcing webbing (recommended for outdoor or permanent use). All the banners receive metal grommets & instructions on proper storage. We also offer a Mesh Banner material. This perforated material is good for street banners, or larger applications were the banner will be hung high up in the air. Wind will go through the banner without damaging it. These banners are always sewn with reinforcing webbing.
Vehicle Magnetics
We use a 30 mil white magnetic material for our vehicle magnetics. We print your full-color design and laminate it with a 2.5 mil clear vinyl over-laminate that helps protect against UV rays and scratches.
Vinyl Lettering
We do all types of vinyl lettering. We use vinyl lettering for many different applications including signs, office windows and doors, vehicle logos, yard signs and much more. Our inventory continues to grow and change, but currently we have many different colors of intermediate vinyl, high performance vinyl, fluorescent vinyl, chrome vinyl, brushed aluminum vinyl, translucent vinyl, reflective vinyl, paint-mask vinyl (for painting stencils), etched vinyl , metallic vinyl, sparkle vinyl and even holographic vinyl. Vinyl lettering can be used for anything from race car numbers to office hours. It has many uses.
Decals
We print many different types of decals. We can print square or rectangle bumper sticker type decals at any size, or we also have a die-cut decal printer. Die-cut refers to decals that are cut out into a shape. Our die-cut decal printer will print and cut any shape decal: ovals, stars, octagons, or even custom shapes. Custom shapes could include a cut edge around the outline of a word or character. We do a lot of school spirit decals for sports teams and school clubs. Our art department can design a custom logo with a custom cut for a truly unique decal.
Coroplast
Coroplast is a plastic sign product. This product is an economical choice for short term signs. It is corrugated like cardboard. It has fluted channels running across it, so it does not have a completely flat surface. However, it is an excellent choice for short term signs. It comes in different thicknesses, but the most commonly used is around 1/8'' thick. This is the material that political yard signs are made of, but we print this product for many other applications as well. Our coroplast sheets come in 4' x 8' but we can custom print and cut any size. We have a flat bed printer that allows us to print directly to the coroplast.
Ultra-Mount
Ultra-Mount is a paper product similar to foam-core board that you would buy at the craft store. Our Ultra-Mount is very rigid (it does not bend). It is paper on the front and back with a center being a foam core. The surface is very smooth and flat. It is around 1/8'' thick. This product is great for indoor signs and posters, trade shows, displays and even school projects. Our Ultra-Mount sheets come in 4' x 8' but we can custom print and cut any size. We have a flat bed printer that allows us to print directly to the Ultra-Mount.
.040 Aluminum
This is a metal sign product that is great for small metal signs or for a sign that will be installed on the side of the building or with a plywood backing. It is around 1/16'' thick, and it has a baked white enamel on both sides. Our .040 aluminum sheets come in 4' x 8' but we can custom print and cut any size. We have a flat bed printer that allows us to print directly to the aluminum, or we can mount laminated vinyl to the aluminum. We can also apply vinyl lettering to the aluminum.
Celtec
Celtec is a plastic sign product made from polystyrene. This product is also called styrene. The surface is very smooth and flat, however it is not completely rigid. Depending on what thickness you choose this product has a little bend to it. For small signs you do not notice the flexibility, but it is noticeable on larger signs. It comes in different thicknesses, but the most commonly used is around 1/8'' thick. Our Celtec sheets come in 4' x 8' but we can custom print and cut any size. We have a flat bed printer that allows us to print directly to the Celtec. This product is great for indoor signs and posters, trade shows, displays and even school projects.
SignBond/Alumilite
These are both great durable sign products. SignBond has a little bit more flexibility to it than Alumilite but they both are made from similar materials. They have a plastic core with aluminum sheets bonded to the front and back. Both the front and the back of the sign material is white and we can print on both sides. The surface is very smooth and flat. It comes in different thicknesses, but the most commonly used is around 1/8'' thick. Our SignBond and Alumilite sheets come in 4' x 8' but we can custom print and cut any size. If you need a larger sign we can put several 4' x 8' sheets together. We have a flat bed printer that allows us to print directly to the SignBond or Alumilite, or sometimes we mount laminated vinyl to the material. We can also apply vinyl lettering to these materials. This product is great for outdoor business signs.
Business Cards
We print our business cards on 16pt cardstock paper, and we like to use a UV gloss coating which finishes the cards with a high gloss. We can print single sided or double sided cards. These cards are nice heavy-weight cards that look very professional. If you do not want the high gloss we can print your cards with a satin finish, or matte (no gloss). Quantities that we usually print are: 250, 500, 1000, or 2500.
We also design and print other small paper products such as: postcards, tri-fold brochures, flyers, booklets, rack cards, door hangars, notepads, post-it note pads, letterhead, invoices, envelopes, greeting cards, and folders. We also will print specialty items such as magnetic business cards and a special type of plastic business card which is waterproof and tear-proof.
